Egg Fm is hereby stating about its Privacy Policy for the user of Radio/Podcast through Egg FM across the Globe. This policy can also be known as a valid, but without consideration agreement of Egg FM with its user. All the terms stated in the Agreement of SERVICE and USE (https://egg.fm/TermsConditions.html) and at other pages of website and links (https://egg.fm/) have been settled between Egg FM and user with their full consent and the Egg FM has not concealed anything about it from the Broadcaster, Podcaster and User and the user of application of Egg FM is deemed to have knowledge of all the terms and conditions of policy and agreement with the Egg FM. The user has also gone through the terms of Agreement of Service and Use and has understood the same and agrees with the same.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include information such as

• Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address)
• When you use the Service, we collect information about your activities, such as the stations or podcasts you listen to, stations you search for and your other actions and interactions with content on the Service, stations and podcasts you are interested in (“Favorites List”), in-app searches and any content you post on the Service.
• We receive information from Users devices through which a User accesses the Service, such as IP address, device model, mobile operating system version, and unique device identifiers.
• We also collect crash logs and other diagnostics data to improve the performance of our app.

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.

The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information. The information that the Service Provider request will be retained by them and used as described in this privacy policy.

Third Party Access

This Privacy Policy applies only to the processing of your Personal Information by Egg FM. The Service may contain links to third party sites, such as third party content providers (“Third Party Sites”). The policies and procedures described in this Privacy Policy do not apply to Third Party Sites. The links from the Service to any Third Party Sites do not imply that we endorse or have reviewed the Third Party Sites, for which you will be solely responsible.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with their trusted services providers who work on their behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at info@egg.fm and they will respond in a reasonable time.

Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information, as defined by the Federal Trade Commission’s Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Rule, from children under 13 years of age, and no part of the Services is directed to children under the age of 13.

If you are located in the EEA, we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 16 years of age, and no part of the Services are directed to children under the age of 16.

If you are located in Mexico, we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use Personal Information from children under 18 years of age, and no part of the Services are directed to children under the age of 18.

If you are located in Brazil, we do not knowingly collect, maintain, or use personal sensitive information, as it is defined in the applicable law. We will only collect, maintain, or use any personal sensitive information pursuant to your previous and express consent.

If you believe that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please alert us by contacting us below. If we learn that we have collected any Personal Information from a child (as defined by local law), we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
